At iFix Pod, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality repair services and ensuring your experience with us is positive. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds are available.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where the repair service has been confirmed to be faulty due to our workmanship within the warranty period.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect device diagnosis, or if the device is found to be beyond repair.

All refund requests must be made within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:


The defect or fault must be directly related to our repair work.

The device must be returned to us in the same condition as when the repair was completed, with all original parts (if applicable).

The refund request must be made within 14 days with proof of original repair (receipt or invoice).

3. Refund Process

Customers must contact us within 14 days of discovering a fault related to our repair.

We may request the device to be brought back to our repair center for inspection.

Once our technicians verify that the fault is due to our workmanship, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of payment.

Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of confirming the fault.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or liquid ingress after repair.

Devices with hardware or software issues unrelated to our repair.

Devices that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized third parties.

Change of mind or if the customer decides not to proceed with a repair after work has begun.

Repairs that were completed as per the initial diagnosis and agreed quotation.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response regarding a refund, you may escalate the issue by contacting our customer service team.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably and in accordance with UK consumer laws.

7. Additional Notes

For warranty repairs, the warranty period starts from the date of the initial repair.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions outlined above are not met.
